Second, the government has a strategic vision and courage. While making the decision to develop the regional industry,

Fifth, the complete support services. Before the lighting industry in the Pearl River Delta into becoming into a large scale,
the necessary support services for the development of the lighting industry have become complete to some degree.
Sixth, the huge flow of information. The Pearl River Delta is belong to coastal cities, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao,
and both the land and water transportation of which have developed well.
